摘要

目的 以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为主料,添加凝胶剂、助凝剂及增塑剂,改变配方和工艺,研制高透明性HPMC空心胶囊。方法 通过控制不同结冷胶用量、钾盐种类、添加剂和养胶温度、陈化时间、干燥方式及干燥温度等因素,优化高透明性HPMC植物胶囊的最适配方和制备工艺参数。结果 制备高透明性HPMC植物胶囊的最佳配方和工艺为:HPMC 1 000份,结冷胶13份,枸橼酸钾10.5份,聚乙烯醇5份,枸橼酸三乙酯1.2份,蒸馏水4 500份,5 200 r·min-1均质2 min,87 ℃陈化1~2 h,蘸胶后10 ℃冷藏45~50 min后,40 ℃鼓风干燥。结论 对产物透明性影响最大的因素为胶囊干燥的方式和温度,蘸胶完成后低温环境的冷藏能促进HPMC在湿胶囊中的溶解,可有效提高胶囊的透明性。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To prepare high-transparency HPMC hollow capsules by using hypromellose (HPMC) as the main material, adding gel, coagulant and plasticizer, and changing the formulation and process. METHODS By optimizing the amount of cold gel, potassium salt, additive and curing temperature, aging time, drying method and drying temperature, the most suitable formula and preparation parameters of high transparency HPMC plant capsules were optimized. RESULTS The optimal formulation and process for preparing high-transparency HPMC plant capsules were as follows:1 000 parts of HPMC, 13 parts of gellan gum, 10.5 parts of potassium citrate, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.2 parts of triethyl citrate, 4 500 parts of distilled water, and homogenization 5 200 r·min-1 for 2 min,aging at 87 ℃ for 1-2 h, after dipping in the glue and cooling at 10 ℃ for 45-50 min, drying at 40 ℃. CONCLUSION The results show that the greatest impact factor on product transparency is the capsule drying mode and temperature.After dipping in the glue, the preserve in the low temperature environment can promote the dissolution of HPMC in the wet capsule, which can effectively improve the transparency of the capsule.
